How it should be used?

Bath: Dissolve 5 tablespoons of bath salts in warm water (approx. 37°C) and soak for 15–20 minutes.
Foot bath: Dissolve 2 tablespoons in a basin of warm water (approx. 37°C) and soak feet for 10–15 minutes.
Hot tub: Add a generous handful to enhance relaxation and fragrance during your soak.
